Urban Town 1A is one of 12 urban development projects of the total urban area Dien Nam – Dien Ngoc of Quang Nam people’s Committee has approved the master plan and delivered to investors. Urban Town 1A Dien Nam – Dien Ngoc is located near the village of UD, FPT University, golf court, Penglai villas, beach…particularly, has been on the 48m road linking Da Nang and Hoi An ancient town. Infrastructure in this area is being built fairly quickly, dozens of new projects has grown up nicely, beautifully to contribute for the new face of this potential area.
