Residential Building at Tran Phu ward is located in Ba Dinh – Bim Son Town – Thanh Hoa Province, about 120km to the South of Ha Noi and 30km to the North of Thanh Hoa city. The residential area has a total land area of construction is 155,229 m2, of which land area is 129,129 m2 of residence and 26,100 m2 is not for residence. This construction is synchronized with the infrastructure system including ground leveling, transport, pavement, trees, water, electricity and lighting supply. The main road was designed according to the regional road standard, road about 42 m in width, in which the road consists of two opposite lanes, each lane is 10.5 wide, with median strip of 5m wide and each pavement is 8m wide. Internal road follows internal road design standard in residential areas, the biggest road width is 17.5 m, the smallest is 7.5m.
